John Nolan is a new English teacher at AHS. The Oak Leaf interviewed him about his school year so far.
Q. What’s your first impression of Alameda High School?
A. “Super friendly, everyone is supportive and super inclusive.”
Q. Why did you become a teacher?
A. “I really like school, I really like having good conversations, and I like literature.”
Q. What are your goals for this school year?
A. “Adapt to the system of Alameda High School and help the students and also to be a professional developer”
Q. What’s a fun fact about you?
A. “I DJ.”
