New teacher spotlight: Mr. Papas

Max Papas is a new special education teacher at AHS.  The Oak Leaf interviewed him about his school year so far.

Q. Why did you become a teacher?

A. “I like helping high school students.”

Q. What are your goals for this school year?

A. “Be professional, help everyone, get to know the area.”

Q. What’s a fun fact about you?

A. “In my spare time I like to make comic books, and I write and draw them. I put them on the internet, and I publish them with some friends back in Massachusetts, and I have a card game coming out on Kick Start in the spring .”
